Fatty Liver Diet

I created this article/blog with the intentions to help others that may be experiencing similar health conditions. Giving you some advice based on experience dealing with this disease and what I did to make my health better. What I do know is with Faith in GOD and your efforts in seeking answers/remedies for healing will always give you the knowledge to fight against the disease you are diagnosed with.

Don’t Fear!  For Every Disease there is an opposition. Being courageous is part of that opposition.

Back in early 2017, I was diagnosed with DIFFUSE LIVER STEATOSIS (FATTY LIVER) and at that time, I did not know what it was & what to do. Feeling the effects from the disease (Right side Abdominal Pain/discomfort, Lower Right side back pain/discomfort, Bloating, Acid Reflux, Constipation etc.…) at first, started feeling despair and my circumstances got worst (Dealing with liver disease and having fear don’t mix well). My faith in GOD became part of the opposition to my illness, becoming fearless under GOD is one of the most wonderful feeling in the world. That courageous feeling you get when you know, you are not alone is very inspiring.

Started doing research for fatty liver treatment, found out that weight loss through a combination of a healthy diet and exercise will improve my health condition. My eating lifestyle needed to change. In my opinion, Nutrition should always be your first choice when dealing with any disease/illness follow by exercise.

                          Below is My Advice on investing for the right equipment

The first thing you should invest in, is a Juicer Blender. This is very critical when dealing with a health condition because nutrition should always be your first choice for better health. Getting a juicer is a GREAT INVESTMENT!!!

I love eating snacks, so i had to find some solution to my sweet craving. It was hard at first and i kept searching for ways to eliminate the sugar and finally found something similar to sugar but in a much healthier way. Introducing MONKFRUIT SWEETENER, it doesn’t have any aftertaste and it is a great substitute.  I was able to continued drinking my hot chocolate with 85% dark chocolate.  Stay AWAY from sugar, Below is what I used to substitute sugar

    Natural Remedies and Herbal Remedies for Constipation (Very Critical)

Below is my remedy that I found to be very helpful for constipation. You must always make this a priority every day because constipation can make your fatty liver condition worst.

Natural Remedy through Juicing every morning (Morning is best but if you work then I recommend taking it after work). Mix All below Ingredients together

  • Raw Purple Cabbage (Cabbage is also a good source of fiber, which keeps your gut healthy and helps it digest foods more easily. Insoluble fiber makes up around 70% of the fiber in cabbage. It adds bulk to stools and helps food move through your gut more easily, reducing the risk of constipation)
  • Prunes Juice (Prunes are high in fiber, which helps prevent constipation. Prune juice acts as a laxative thanks to its high sorbitol content.)
  • Beets (Beetroot contains 3.4 grams of fiber, adds bulk to stool. It will improved digestion and fight inflammation)

Note: Mix (Raw Purple Cabbage, Prune Juice, and Beets) you can also use Unsweetened Almond Milk or Natural Apple Juice or Water.

Herbal Remedy (Another remedy for constipation) Mix All below Ingredients together (Click on the links below to be directed to the right product)

  1. NOW Supplements, Psyllium Husk Powder, 24-Ounce (One Scoop a day)

Note: You can mixed the fibers with (With Unsweetened Almond Milk or Natural Apple Juice or Water) Make sure to drink a lot of water.

After I take the above fiber, usually drink some coffee with chicory root and it works faster. Below is the chicory root I used. For those suffering with acid reflux, never drink coffee by itself always add chicory root to reduce the acidity from coffee. (STAY AWAY FROM COFFEE CREAMERS)

I had try so many liver supplements and the following are the liver supplements that I found to be very effective and helpful to my fatty liver condition.

Below is what I use for my fatty liver disease (Liver supplement remedy).

Note: I took all the above once a day (Please, Try to exercise). Vitamin E could help protect the liver by reducing or neutralizing the damage caused by inflammation.

Below is other liver supplements that I had used together and became very effective and helpful to my fatty liver condition. This is a great approach if you are on a budget.

A word of advice, Make sure soybean oil and palm oil is NOT part of the ingredients in any product you purchase.

I always stay away from fried food and always added red onions/garlic to my meals.

I took all the above and follow a healthy diet with exercise and my liver enzymes are back to normal. I feel much better now
